Lush green forest landscape

Every piece of waste paper is the start of a new sheet of paper.

In line with our mission to conserve natural resources, we use entirely recycled paper as our raw material instead of trees. We process collected waste paper using advanced separation and cleaning technologies to recover its fibers and turn it into high-quality paper.

How a cardboard box becomes paper again

Paper fibers can be recycled many times. At every step, our aim is to preserve the fiber, remove contaminants and reuse water.

  1. Collection

Waste paper and cardboard arrive at the facility in bales from our collection network, licensed recycling companies and industrial suppliers.

  2. Receiving and quality control

Every vehicle is weighed, and the bales are checked for moisture and contaminants. Unsuitable material is separated.

  3. Pulping, cleaning and screening

Paper is mixed with water in a pulper to separate it into fibers and produce pulp. Contaminants such as plastic, metal, tape and sand are removed from the pulp using screens and separators.

  4. Paper and board machine

The cleaned pulp is formed, pressed and dried on high-speed machines. Process water is treated and returned to the system.

  5. Reels and dispatch

Kipaş Liner, Kraftliner, Markraft, Fluting, White Top and Coated White Top Testliner papers, together with Dublex, Triplex, Core Board and Grey Board, are prepared in reels or sheets to customer specifications and dispatched to corrugated board, packaging, printing and core tube manufacturers.

  6. Products and the next cycle

Our products become corrugated boxes, cartons, core tubes and spools. After use, they are collected again and the cycle starts over.
